What is 3D modeling?
3D modeling is the process of creating 3D objects using specialized software. These models can be staged with other visual effects to create entire scenes for still images or animation.
3D modeling is widely used in VFX(Visual effects), video games, movies and television. It is not at all uncommon to see productions created entirely using 3D software. Architects and designers use 3D modeling to create detailed virtual images of buildings, interiors, and landscapes. These models are very useful in communicating the designer's vision to prospective investors, clients and the public.Modeling can be done using a dedicated program (eg 3D modeling software Adobe Substance, Blender, Cinema 4D, LightWave, Maya, Modo, 3ds Max) or an application component (Shaper, Lofter in 3ds Max)
